As a single woman I know I am not alone in desiring companionship and the covering that a husband is to provide. While taking a break from work I was reminded that we do have a comforter, someone to listen, someone to cover us daily, someone to point us in the right direction, someone to love us in the most intimate way! God loves us and the Holy Spirit is our covering! I don't know about you but I'm done with openly receiving comfort from the wrong places whether aware or unaware, done with voluntarily inviting stressful relationships into my life all for the sake of so called companionship! When that time comes for a healthy relationship, it will not pull me away but encourage me to grow closer in relationship with Christ!

This Friend is the Spirit of Truth. The godless world can't take him in because it doesn't have eyes to see him, doesn't know what to look for.
